1. Service Scope

Our company provides professional plumbing services throughout Singapore, including but not limited to pipe repairs, leak detection, drain cleaning, water heater installation and repair, toilet repairs, tap installations, and emergency plumbing services. All services are performed by licensed and insured plumbers in accordance with Singapore's plumbing regulations and building codes.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Service appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or email. We strive to accommodate your preferred time slots, but availability is subject to our technicians' schedules. Emergency services are available 24/7 and will be prioritized based on urgency. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will provide reasonable notice when possible.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

All quoted prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Initial quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be subject to change after physical inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before work commences. Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept cash, bank transfers, PayNow, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large-scale projects or material purchases.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to SGD 80. For emergency call-outs where our technician is already en route, a minimum call-out fee will apply even if services are cancelled.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information about the plumbing issue and ensure reasonable access to the work area. You are responsible for clearing the work area of personal belongings and ensuring our technicians can safely perform their duties. Any pre-existing damage or hazardous conditions must be disclosed before work begins. Customers must ensure that someone over 18 years of age is present during service delivery.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty period on completed work as specified in your service invoice. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or third-party interference. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and materials as per their respective terms. To claim warranty service, customers must provide proof of original service and report issues within the warranty period.

7. Liability and Indemnification

While we maintain comprehensive insurance and exercise due care, our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage resulting from customer negligence. Customers agree to indemnify us against claims arising from undisclosed property conditions or failure to follow our maintenance recommendations.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Customer information is used solely for service delivery, billing, and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law or for service fulfillment.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts and governed by Singapore law.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
